About Jennifer Rukas

Jennifer is passionate about helping people find a place to call home. Since moving to North Carolina in 2013, she has fallen in love with the Triangle and is dedicated to helping others do the same. With extensive knowledge of the local market and a commitment to personalized service, she guides clients through every step of the buying and selling process with care and expertise.  

Before transitioning into real estate, Jennifer built a successful career in the fashion industry in New York, where creativity and attention to detail were key. She has always pursued creative endeavors and brings that same passion to real estate, connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect home.  

As a mom to two daughters—one in college and one in high school—Jennifer understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a home that truly fits a lifestyle. She also has a love for animals and shares her home with two beloved dogs. Whether working with newcomers to the Triangle or longtime residents, Jennifer strives to make every real estate experience smooth, enjoyable, and successful.
